Bought a 99 CV a month ago with 16,500 miles on it, super shape-garage kept. About two weeks ago I noticed the driver's window would only go up and down if you held the switch down the whole time, the toll feature did not work. Last week it began working again then yesterday \\"POOF! Nada.....I can hear a clicking noise when I hold the switch down but nothing works. All other windows are fine. Any Ideas?

This is usually either a dirty switch contact or a master switch that is starting to fail on that particular window.

I would pull the switch panel and the switch assembly from the panel then see if you can open the switch up and clean the contacts out. (Someone poured coke in my passenger side switch before I bought mine and cleaning it got it working again).

Thanks, I did that to no avail, seems to be ok there. my next best guess would have to be the motor as there is no sound from it when I try the switch .

Addendum: Also got a good reading on the resistors and connections too.

At this point pull the plug from the motor for the window and use a multimeter to measure voltage on the connections while someone presses the switch for you. This will tell you if the wires are good and it is indeed the motor.
