No spark out coil 1995 F150 300 6 cylinder

I have a spark problem. on my pickup I have power coming to the coil no coming out of coil wire going to the Distrubuter. Also Ican can hear my fuel pump come on but I hace no fuel going to the cylinders? Does anyone have suggestions? Ail would be great. Thank You J.T.
