does anyone have a ford f150 lobo, or does anyone know what the difference is between a lobo and a ordinary 150?

I did a search the lobo seems to be a apearence package ( lone star king ranch etc..) sold in Mexico. Most of the sites were in spanish. just type " f150+lobo in your search engine.
