LCM Relay Replacements

I just got my 05 crown Vic yesterday and didn't notice my headlights and high beams didn't work. I did some research and found put my LCM was the problem. Iv been looking all over for the relays to try and repair it myself. I heard some website called Mouser had them but said they dont have any in stock.

I did find these though. Just wondering how I'd go about installing it as an external relay so I dont have to re solder the new relay.

I did this on my '05 CVPI in 2010 and it's still going fine.
