Guages,radio and ac shutting off

I have a 2003 excursion limited v10 gas. When i press on the gas all guages drop to zero battery light comes on and the radio shuts off. Sometimes the ac will shut off too. Where do I start to pin point this problem?

I know I'm a little late to the game. But I also have a 2003 Excursion limited with 6.0 that gauges and radio shut off when battery light starts blinking. It only does during cold weather tho. No other time.
