Okay, so I recently purchased a 2000 CVPI and have the old Steel wheels that look horrible. I want to see if the newer ones fit (those that don't cave in so much.) I was told by a buddy that the offset is different ergo they will not fit properly. Is this true? And if not, would I have to make any modifications? Many thanks! |

You will NEED 1.5-2" spacers to mount the newer wheels properly |

Go to www.crownvic.net and read the write-up that was written about wheels. It will give you some insight. The newer one after 2003 will not fit.

Sorry for pulling up a dead thread, but after forgeting about this post I figured it was better than starting a new one. So if I\\'m understanding this correctly you\\'re saying these will fit the 2000 model?(with necessary adjustments)
My apologies, I'm just automotively stupid. Thanks. |
