intermittent running/ tail lights '04 marquis

hello,

ive searched the interweb for an answer, my apologies if this has been covered,


issue- running/tail lights are intermittent. Dash lights, headlights, brake all good
-2004 Mercury Marquis.

i think it is the LCM- but not sure. plenty of issues with headlights and the LCM, but i didnt find much on this issue.

any assistance you could provide would be appreciated.
