right blinker blinks fast

I have now noticed the white light bulb is no longer coming on so it must be somewhere else in the circuit that is causing this. Any help will be much appreciated. Grace and Peace to you! Richard

But what I need is the wiring diagram for the cars blinker going from wherever the voltage starts to the blinker on the front right blinker position.
