Water pump bypass or heater core return hose

I am new to this Site and have a few questions. I have a 93 Grand Marquis that is leaking coolant from behind the water pump and now (after 10 years of owning this car and replacing all the hoses) come to discover this hose that has never been replaced. How hard is this to replace? Where do I buy a replacement hose from? ANY and ALL replies will be greatly appreciated.

WOW! Not One answer, I guess my question was too tough to answer, oh well, I figured out how to bypass the old hose without removing the intake manifold.
