Heater hose return line or water pump bypass hose

I am new to this site and have a few questions. I have a 93 Grand Marquis that I have owned for over 10 years. I replaced all the hoses a few years ago until I discovered a leak behind the Water Pump and found this hose. How hard is it to replace? Where do I buy one? Any and all replies will be greatly appreciated.

WOW! Not One answer, I guess my question was too tough to answer, oh well, I figured out how to bypass the old hose without removing the intake manifold.W
