I have a 2001 Crown Victoria PI that will not crank. Sometimes I will get a click other times I will get nothing. Battery is from December of 13.

How many Volts do you have at the battery. That really sounds like the battery may be dead. You can pull it and have it tested and charged at Autozone and Orielly Auto.
