Looking for any info on the superchip for a 99 Expedition... cost, pros/cons, anything.

Old post but I'll add to it. I have the old single program SuperChips in my 2000 along with Airaid intake adn Gibson exhaust. I can sum it up with, Awesome!

I tow a boat that's anywere form a low of 7000# and high of close to 7500# at least for one trip and I easily run as fast as I want (I like 65-70 or so) and will get 11-12 MPG. Not towing I get 14-15 and 17-19 Hwy. It's fun to drive too! I also have a Transgo shift kit (want to save the tranny) and some suspension mods/replacements all of which make this a great tow machine and fun around town truck. Superchips is the way to go with a gasser......

Try Mike Troyer at Troyer Performance. Very knowlegable with Ford trucks.
