need help p71 intake manifold gasket change

I got a 96 Vic. The intake manifold has been swapped to the upgraded one. The gasket blew.and it had little gaskets looks like rubber bands kinda and a solid gasket like the old one. But I bought a intake gasket set and it just came with the rubber band type gasket and not the solid should I be worryed or. Was the solid one not expose to be there to began. With
