I am working on disabling body parts of a 1996 Lincoln Town Car. I need to help. I do not know what tool is needed to take off the following screw or how to take off the screw. I tested out a salvage yard by using torx and all I did was strip the screw. I can’t strip these screws. Please offer directions of which tool I need or how to take them off. Pictures of the link below, they are in photobucket:

First view of the screw. Located towards the front of passenger side almost reaching the passenger door.

Second view of the screw. Located behind the passenger front wheel in the wheel well when I removed the mud flaps.

Two photos of what I've done so far. Took off the hood, header, bumper, bumper cover. Next on the list, taking off the radiator support and passenger fender.

Those rocker panel pieces are held on by plastic clips, the "screw" you are looking at is a rivet.
It may be a plastic rivet(like used to hold the plate holder to the front bumper cover) and you just have to cut/drill it out.
