I live in Temple TX.(1/2 hour south of Waco) and am thinking of starting my own buisness next sommer. The main part will be installing spray in bed liners (probobly LineX but not firm yet)and installing lift/lowering kits, ring&pinion/lockers etc.I will have a ASE cert in drivelines & suspension doing work. What I need help with is what have you all seen/not seen that you liked/didn't like about other places? Do you have a spray in liner? what brand? do you like it? Did you install your own lift kit?would you do it again? or if there was a reasonably priced ( I got to make some money) shop would you want to have it done? What about the people you delt with? good expetiences or bad? any nightmares? What kinds of products did you want that were not stocked that you think should have been? Any supliers out there? How about hats, caps, t-shirts, stickers, etc. I am looking for a place with good highway access and big enough to have a mud pit for a mud bog, have a competition give some prizes etc. sound any good? mabey a rock corse??? please give me some feed back. I like 4wheeling and have met really good people on the trails and want to help them full time and have fun doing it! E-mail me if you want texans9015@sbcglobal.net

Good luck on your new venture! I have had two "TOFF" liners sprayed (in two different pickups) and bought one w/Line-X already sprayed. I personally liked the TOFF best. Just seemed like a better "texture". Have not had a lot of experiance with lifts or "mods", but I am sure you'll get good feedback from here! |
