I have no running lights and or brake lights. The headlights, signal lights and four way flasher work great. Anybody have any idea what might be wrong.

I have an 03 CVPI and there was a "recall" (actually, its an extended warranty) for it. I took it to the dealer on July 7. They said they had to order the part and that its on backorder. I'm still waiting after 2 months for part to come in. I'd call the dealership and see if your year is covered under the "recall"

The problem that is covered is a failed relay that causes the headlights ONLY to go out, you said your headlights are the only lights on.
