I just bought this 05 police interceptor. When I turn the headlight switch on, only the headlights come one. I have no running lights and or brake lights. The headlights, signal lights and four way flasher work great. Anybody have any idea what might be wrong.

Most likely its the LCM. I have an 03 CVPI and there was a "recall" (actually, its an extended warranty) for it. I took it to the dealer on July 7. They said they had to order the part and that its on backorder. I'm still waiting after 2 months for part to come in.

I'd call the dealership and see if your year is covered under the "recall"

That year is under the "recall(2003-2005 cars)" but this is not the issue covered.
The problem that is covered is a failed relay that causes the headlights ONLY to go out, you said your headlights are the only lights on.
Your problem could still be the LCM but unless you get a service manager that likes to do favors, this will not be covered by the recall.
