my ac went out 3 weeks ago and now when I crank u my car its making a very loud noise. Also, my instrument cluster has stopped working so I changed out the fuse ad it keeps blowing. I have called and asked several mechanics but they wont help me. Can someone please tell me how to fix my car issues? Another problem I am having is that my front an back turn signals as well as the has quit working. Please help me resolve my car issues

Technicians(Mechanics) get paid to fix cars. They probably don't want to give away for free what took them lots of money and many years to learn. This sounds like something far more serious than a fuse box. I would definitely take it to a certified mechanic to at least get it diagnosed. If you're comfy fixing what they recommend, go for it. I would be more inclined to pay someone to do it right, though. Palying in electric issues often leads to MAJOR headaches.
