my ac went out 3 weeks ago and now when I crank up my car its making a very loud noise. Also, my instrument cluster has stopped working so I changed out the fuse ad it keeps blowing out. I have called and asked several mechanics but they wont help me. Can someone please tell me how to fix my car issues? Another problem I am having is that my front and back turn signals as well as the horn has quit working. Please help me resolve my car issues
