“Wild Iris Rose”1982 Mercury Capri

The story

I bought this car for my wife back in 1988 & in 1989 tore it completely apart & redone it to what you see here. It was originally white. It was a California car that I bought off from a used car lot in NW Ohio.It is painted Iris Metallic(a 92 Flareside pick-up color)has black cloth interior,Saleen Mustang side skirts & rear wing,87 Mustang GT rear tailights,roses are etched on the rear quarter windows & Wild Iris Rose is etched across the top of the front windshield with roses at each end. It has 15 X 7 5-spoke aluminum wheels with BFG Touring TA tires. "Wild Iris Rose" is hand lettered across the rear deck wing. — fordservice
