LED cubes finally in place and plugged back in. The best solution I could come up with is oval head allen bolts up through the bottom (hex heads and/or nuts don't clear the tow hooks, requiring spacers* or notching), two jamb nuts to lock them in place and provide the right height for the light mounts, then an upside down lock nut accessed from through the front cutouts while the light is tipped down to reach under it. The mounts don't allow a nut to spin all the way down when right side up...
* After all that, it occurred to me that Phase 2 will likely tie into the tow hook mounts, with bumper wing plates sandwiched between them and the main plate. There's the spacer needed for a simpler LED light mounting setup. Grr.
