I hate the way the column shifter moves, so its 3 T30 bolts & 2 connectors came out first. Unfortunately, I couldn't swap to the non-shifter column shroud because it's made for a power-adjust memory column & pedals that this PIU doesn't have. So it will keep its original shroud with an empty shifter boot.
