This is how it SHOULD look under here. No loose or extremely long wires. Why is it that hard to go the extra mile and do it right? I won't have to touch ANY of this for AT LEAST another decade except for battery replacements. ...

SOOO much cleaner now with a new subfloor and the trolling motor harness shortened considerably and zip-tied cleanly and out of the way....

This had 10 FEET of cable bridging this short connection. And he used copper lugs on the small posts. I converted it to top posts on the 4 trolling battery posts and the 2 starter battery posts. The small threaded posts are only used for small draw equipment now such as lights, depthfinders, the bank chargers etc. FAR more room and cleanliness under here now. ...
