About: Have owned my Ranchero since 1978. In 1980 I moved to a new home where there was no on street parking so the Ranchero went into storage in LA's biggest High Rise Parking Garage. It had it's own fenced space 9 stories underground until 2006 when I retired (I was the Manager of Operations at the Building) The Ranchero is now at our new home in Oakhurst Ca. Just a few miles from Yosemite Park.

The Cobra Dressed 302 / C6 drive train was almost a factory new combo when installed in 1979 from a F150 special edition Cobra Pickup that had been rolled over with only 9,200 miles on it. Since then the car has been driven less than 5,000 miles. Taken out a couple times a year to be taken home washed and driven about 100 miles each time.
