Lower four link connection bracket for chassis....upside at moment....like the paint picture shows outer brace plate bolted through chassis to inner brace plate and cross brace to plate on top of 3/8ths angle plate with 3x2 inch box section clearanced for rod end. Most will get professionally MIG welded.....will break back down to three main parts and powder coated red for good looks....

First stage of Cleveland makeover...red block and heads, homemade custom polished alloy fuel pump block-off, Ford Racing polished alloy valve covers, chrome water neck, chrome dipstick and Gardner-Westcott polished stainless bolt kit stamped with Ford logo....

Truck looks bit better with flares covering decent rubber. Fuel filler door will be welded and filled before final respray, LPG (propane) fill point will be relocated to rear bumper....

These (x2) will now going be used instead of original BIG steel airboxes. This K&N unit is a sealed box complete with shaped air filter, and ducting to connect to snorkels, perfect. Even comes in several colours....

Jet-Hot coated intake manifold, like the hubs. This has base for a four barrel intake manifold, using twin LPG (propane) carburettors up top with twin air intakes. This setup will be good enough to handle up to a 600HP engine....

Close-up of front hubs coated and chrome wheel nuts. Hub is coated in 'Jet-Hot' coating, used to give show finish to exhausts, withstands salt and all conditions, can be polished further, 14 times more durable than powdercoat, 140 times more durable than drum/caliper type paints....

Here is the finished underdash centre console. Simple foam and black vinyl from the local rubber retailer finished it off very nicely. Plates now painted match nicely with dash theme/truck colour theme....

Here are some the components for my four link rear suspension. This is for the lower link chassis bracket. The bracket has to be sturdy and fixed alone to chassis rail as a crossmember would of fouled driveshaft. The angle plate is 9mm (3/8"), the inner and outer flat plates for the chassis is 6mm (1/4"), the rod end is a BulletProof Steering USA Stage II rod end with one of their 3/4" F911 3.5" bolts, the other is a 1/2" Grade 8 bolt and Nylock nut for fixing all plates to chassis. Not shown is the 9mm (3/8") gusset to go between the box section and outer upright and the .120 wall 2" tube for the diagonal cross brace....

under dash centre console for transmission tunnel....holds voltmeter, oil temp and trans temp gauges....red illuminated rocker switches for interior and under body red LED lighting for show....blue rocker switches for interior lighting.....will be covered in thin foam and black vinyl.....gauge plate will be painted gloss red, swiych panel gloss black to coordinate with dash theme...
