The came as bare mahogany, so I stained and sealed them in polyurethane. I cut them slightly over size to have an upwards bow. If you don't they'll sag. Also, I discovered at this time that each bow has to be cut for it's location. The cab appears to widen about a 3/8" between the middle and the front.... (Posted in: Tonneau Cover & Bikini)

Screw-in snap studs every 8". I put the rail screws 1/2" from the outside edge. You could center the rail, or move them to the inside edge if you prefer. My constraint was the width of the fabric I had to work with. I wanted to save enough of the 108" long roll to make a bikini cover, so I hugged the inside.... (Posted in: Tonneau Cover & Bikini)
