GT40 heads, a gift from work. 2 times through a parts washer & most of the black paint stayed on..pretty good stuff. They were low hour Marine heads, but had been sitting in my shed for 5 years. ...

Back from friend's HD parts washing machine. New cam bearings, hone'd, new Clevite 77 rings & TRW bearings. Everything measured up within std...
Brass freeze plugs, new oil pump, and yes, I use a gasket between the pump & block...you should too. ...

Oil pan gasket behind starter motor location. Pushed all the way out. Thank you Ford Motor Company........

1/6/09...ran fine...couldnt take the leaks anymore. Fix one & two more would spring up. No engine I own is going to leak or look like this!...
