Newest Media: New engine. This is a 22R-E I'm going to configure it like a 22R using the emision controls, wireing harness and sensors for a 22R. I think the only diffrence between the two is emmison controls. I have more and more respect for toyota the more I work on them. Damn fine engineering, well thought out and near everthing is easly servicable. What's not to like? Oh yeah the price of parts......

He'res a photo of the sub and amp, 12" sony Xplode that has a rip in the cone and a 200w two channel pioneer amplifyer. Sad to say I had to use self tapers, to install these, I might go back and do it right later. You can see the plastic pannels that frame the windows have drips on them. I have no idea what the drips are but they wont clean off with, Glass cleaner, Hot soapy water, Magic eraser, or any other cleaning agent that I have on hand. Very strange....

This is the only spot of rust in the engine compartment. Yeah it's a priety big job, maybe 5-10 hours of labor to make that goaway. More if I cut it out and completely replace it....

This was the largest rust spot in the passenger compartment, You can see I got a bit of overspray on a few things, but noting to be concerned about. Notice the wires hanging, in this photo I still hadn't removed and repaird these bits, everthing that could possibly put out power had thouse clips on them, I removed over 20 in total just from under the dash, also I had to fix a bunch of crazy splices and stuff like that....

Shows the rust spots on the floorboard after they were taken down to bare metal, primed, and painted with underhood black since that was the only paint I had that was tough enough to take the abuse, took 5 days to cure....

this is the inside of the bellhousing, I didnt photograph it after i cleaned it or after i had taken off the baring cover. what had happened was this transmission was rebuilt recently but the builder didnt put a gasket on the baring cover. so it leaked and got gear oil all over the clutch and everything....
