P1040028.JPG 1243 hits | 72.06 KB | Posted: 2007-03-26 New engine. This is a 22R-E I'm going to configure it like a 22R using the emision controls, wireing harness and sensors for a 22R. I think the only diffrence between the two is emmison controls. I have more and more respect for toyota the more I work on them. Damn fine engineering, well thought out and near everthing is easly servicable. What's not to like? Oh yeah the price of parts...... (Posted in: YODA!)
P1040027.JPG 1071 hits | 77.34 KB | Posted: 2007-03-26 New engine, ooooh, shiney. I know the machinest that did the work on this and he's really good. ... (Posted in: YODA!)
P1040026.JPG 988 hits | 64.09 KB | Posted: 2007-03-26 He'res a photo of the sub and amp, 12" sony Xplode that has a rip in the cone and a 200w two channel pioneer amplifyer. Sad to say I had to use self tapers, to install these, I might go back and do it right later. You can see the plastic pannels that frame the windows have drips on them. I have no idea what the drips are but they wont clean off with, Glass cleaner, Hot soapy water, Magic eraser, or any other cleaning agent that I have on hand. Very strange.... (Posted in: YODA!)
P1040025.JPG 1157 hits | 84.46 KB | Posted: 2007-03-26 Left over fasteners from tearing apart the dash out of the 91 and 87, yes I realise I have left over parts, ohwell.... (Posted in: YODA!)

Toyata009.JPG 1086 hits | 72.95 KB | Posted: 2007-03-26 This is the only spot of rust in the engine compartment. Yeah it's a priety big job, maybe 5-10 hours of labor to make that goaway. More if I cut it out and completely replace it.... (Posted in: YODA!)

Toyata007.JPG 1542 hits | 77.11 KB | Posted: 2007-03-26 A picture of the dash torn out from the heater core change out, while I was there I cleaned all the dash parts and armor alled them, repaired all the bad wireing and removed all the tweaker wiring bullshit.... (Posted in: YODA!)
Toyata006.JPG 796 hits | 55.62 KB | Posted: 2007-03-26 This was the largest rust spot in the passenger compartment, You can see I got a bit of overspray on a few things, but noting to be concerned about. Notice the wires hanging, in this photo I still hadn't removed and repaird these bits, everthing that could possibly put out power had thouse clips on them, I removed over 20 in total just from under the dash, also I had to fix a bunch of crazy splices and stuff like that.... Toyata005.JPG 888 hits | 54.26 KB | Posted: 2007-03-26 Shows the rust spots on the floorboard after they were taken down to bare metal, primed, and painted with underhood black since that was the only paint I had that was tough enough to take the abuse, took 5 days to cure.... (Posted in: YODA!)
Zoo 029.jpg 1000 hits | 81.02 KB | Posted: 2005-03-14 OMFG!!!! ok this is bad. Tryed to reinstall the intake last weekend and the bottom boltholes were striped so bad that i couldnt tourqe them. then I took the head off to see if it was possible to put studs in the striped out holes. No such luck, the head is cracked. So i need to have it reparied and machined, the lowest price I could find is $350 U.S.... (Posted in: YODA!)

copy 005.jpg 1154 hits | 74.88 KB | Posted: 2005-03-07 this is the inside of the bellhousing, I didnt photograph it after i cleaned it or after i had taken off the baring cover. what had happened was this transmission was rebuilt recently but the builder didnt put a gasket on the baring cover. so it leaked and got gear oil all over the clutch and everything....
