About: Working on my 1988 F-150 Truck. Basically, everything but the steel shell needs to be replaced on it. However, most of the time it is interesting work taking it part. Sometimes, my patience goes south. I see many possibilities for design improvements, but I am sure the engineers did their best back then. The low output alternator is the biggest design flaw. I don't think the battery ever fully charges on trip to home depot and back. One day, I plan to clean it up and paint it, but right now it is still extremely dirty and ugly.
