Seat Belt Nut
This 18mm nut holds the belt for this chair. The belt for the center occupant is retained by the 18mm nut that holds the chair to the floor. Remove the chair's belt first, then the center belt, both out the top.

The coil was damaged by the spark plug hammering it for ~15 miles, but I broke a little more away so it would fit on top of the extension.

I used a 3/4" hole saw to widen the hole for the new SPST switch and then installed the new switch. It looks OEM and keeps the traction control turned off, even at start-up, unless I flip the switch. I'll post some less blurry pics later.

I should have known the camera wouldn't focus on the bottom of the hole, but it's relatively free of epoxy residue or threads. There is some debris on the piston, but it will be cleaned out later.

The 2000 Grand Marquis 4.6L that will be going into my '94 CV strapped to my hitch hauler behind my brother-in-law's '93 EB Bronco.

Yeah, it dragged the ground in a few places... His rear springs are collapsed & his receiver is low under the bump...

Note the tiny blue gear inside the whte one on the side of the speedo. If you look at the original-size photo, you can see that it's shedding teeth.

The 3rd run of the reamer makes sure the tapered shoulder is cut correctly, so I cleaned the reamer again, per the instructions. I used the air ratchet again for all 3 passes.
