All the super duty trucks have 4 or 5 extra wires taped to the wire harness at the firewall. My queation is where are they inside the truck? I have seen the pick-ups diagram for them but ours are not there. They are good for foglights or alarms.

i also have those wires if they are the ones on the driver side firewall. Steve Cole said they were trailer tow wires. i asked why they were there since my tow wiring is in place already, he didnt know.

I will have to ask this over at the ford-trucks site and see if any one knows there! I read it over there about the extra wires going through the harness for your acc. Somewhere inside under the dash the same wires are hidden!

If you take off the fuse panel under the steering column look the the right and back with a light. The pigtails allow you to add things like driving lights etc without pulling wire. My are taken up with set of fog and driving lights.
