Hi everyone, I was the owner of a '97 Suburban K1500, and it has suffered from catostophic driveshaft failure.

Here are some pictures: http://www.tauruscarclub.com/img/mallow/driveshaft/index.php

Well, today I am the owner of a 2003 Ford Excution Limited. This is my first diesel engine in a vehicle, so I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions. It's a 6.0l diesel.

Well, just thought I'd get to know everyone around here

Welcome! Found myself here after three transmissions and an engine blew up in two different 1/2 ton Suburbans (a 92 & 99). Still own one of them (the 99). Got to say the driveway looks a bit different from the rest of the neighborhood with a Sub and an X together! Never thought I'd say a Suburban looked small, but after living with an X for awhile....
Welcome aboard and

Gary
