I would put the money towards gears or a blower rather than a chip on the V10. Granted, you'll spend more, but I really wouldn't bank on the V10 chip adding much power for your lifted rig. Plus you'll need to run 92+ octane which isn't exactly cheap these days.

Since you are going to be doing some towing, I would definitely go with the 4.56 gears. As was mentioned above, it gets you close to stock performance. Your tranny will thank you in the long run. Your torque converter will go nuts behind a blown motor while trying to tow something with the stock gear ratios.

The calculator says 4.37 restores to stock rpm, the additional gearing of the 4.56 should hopefully negate the effects of the larger, heavier 37" tires. My guess is that your rig will perform just like it did before the lift (outside of the new handling characteristics you have with the lift).
