I often have noticed I have trouble accessing this forum (or others on this site for that matter) in the evenings from home. Could be an ISP issue (Comcast cable) but what's odd is that it's intermittant but happens a lot. Is anyone else experiencing anything similar? Of the many site I access often, this seems to be the only one I have that problem with.

I haven't noticed any problems. However, I'm usually here in the AM or early afternoon.

We have problems often, especially mid afternoon. Our pictures all disappeared one time, and most recently half our pictures were gone as well as all of our captions. My wife refuses to redo our site and is getting a little disgusted; I don't blame her. We too are using Comcast. Any info would be appreciated. |

Of the many site I access often, this seems to be the only one I have that problem with. | The server was last restarted 10 days ago, before that it had been running for about 4 months without a reboot.
The server is colocated at an ISP where downtime really isn't a concern as they have multiple connections to the Internet backbone.
I have not noticed any problems from home, work, or anywhere else.
The missing pictures is a completely unrelated issue to not being able to access the site. If there are known problems, they are always documented in the main SuperFord.org announcement forums as we want to keep everybody informed. If you have a concern about the service, I encourage you to contact us at http://www.superford.org/support/index.php as you will get a much quicker response.
If you are experiencing problems, I do want to figure out what it is but in order to do so, I will need exact dates and times you experience issues reaching the server.

It's no that I have problems accessing pictures or even any other parts of the site like Mike mentioned, I get the proverbial "page cannot be displayed". Hasn't happened in a few days but I will document it when/if it happens again.

If server logs indicate that there was no activity at that particular time, then it will help me troubleshoot (i.e. was it an application that stopped responding, did another application cause the server to temporarily stop responding, was the Internet connection down, etc).
Thanks.

Mr. Long,
'Not sure if you received my emails from the other day but it happened again. I sent you times and dates. I was able to get back on a little later in the day, however.
