i bought a 2000 v10 x in march of 2003. how can i get a print out of everything a ford dealer has done to my truck. i asked my local dealer when i was in last and he said he could not give it to me. was he yanking my chain or what???? |

Yes, he was...
IF it was Service done by ford it is in their 'OASIS" system I believe is what they call it...
Talk to another Servbice dept as if they will win your business and give them your vin and see what they can do...

According to the Ford service techs at flatratetech.com, OASIS only contains the vehicle's warranty repair history for the last 180 days. |
