I was wondering if a lift will effect the performance or the aability to install rear anit-sway bars?

Daniel,

The Hellwig rear anti-sway bar by default comes with adjustable linkages. I'm not sure what the magic number is in lift height that requires larger linkages with the Hellwig bar, but it's something that any welding shop can easily fabricate for you. If you are having the lift installed, most likely the 4x4 shop will be capable of doing this for you.

The adjustable links will go cover you up to a four inch lift without a problem. Over that and you may want to have some custom made. Good luck.
