Hey Dave, You can't pick on these Guys! I'm impressed some of them even got 15mpg.

At 100kmhr I can get 21-24mpg. We Drive MILES PER HOUR here.
Not to mention, The Canadian Gallon is Larger than a US Gallon. Then you probably got more like 19mpg! I guess I'd have to really check the conversion table to be sure though. Heh Heh!

Last year running to Vegas our X got 16.5 mpg averaging 80-85mph. Lotta Drivin!

I have a 2002 X Limited with 33x12.50x20 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I live in the Chicago area, and get 11 mpg all day long in the city, and 13 mpg on the highway at 75-85mph.

I did an exhaust modification with the "Y" pipe and put on a Dynamax UltraFlo Muffler (WLK 17235 from Summit Racing). I will attach some pix with this post. Mine is a 2003 V-10 with 3.73 axles.

On a round trip from Knoxville,Tn to Berea,KY (280 miles) actual fuel usage was 18.4 MPG's at a "Cruise" speed of 59 MPH. The fillups were done carefully at the same gas pump to get as much in as possible each time. This stretch of road is a series of hills and long grades.

The best ever prior to this was 16 MPG at 60 MPH with my wife driving - mostly on level roads.

Sound levels are nearly the same as stock with no resonance points any different than the stock system.

Did you make the Y pipe or did you buy it? If you made it, could you make another and for how much, if you bought it, where and do you have part number or description.
