Smilies don't "move".

I just noticed that the smilies aren't in motion anymore. Does anyone know why? I'm assuming it is something with my computer and not the site.

Once you click on one of them, they all stop though. Normal, as far as I can tell.

Rick,

It is most likely a setting in your web browser that has animated graphics turned off. All the smilies are is a type of picture file. It is up to your browser to do the animating of them.
