My 2003 V-10 E with 13000 miles has an intermittent gauge readout problem. Ex: I fill the tank and the gauge reads 1/2 full +/-. I drive a while, park restart and then its up to "full". Anyone know of a loose wire problem, bad gauge, ?????? Where are the wires???
Thanks, Richard from Knoxville, Tennessee

Are you filling up with the vehicle running? MY '00 PSD X does this when I fill up the tank with the vehicle running. It seems that after a bit of driving or certainly after I shut the engine off and restart it the gauge goes to its normal reading.

Yep, Eric stole my response. Shut it down while filling up and yur gauge should read accurately when you fire it up again. My V-10 does it too.
