Monsta,
I did look underneath, still leaf springs on the Ex. This one was a V10. I looked in the interior and it looked the same at quick glance. I talked to the salesman and he was not sure if the Ex was going to get coils because the discontinue rumor is going around again. He said Ex may me replaced by a lengthened Expy, similar to what GM does with the Yukon/Tahoe.
2000 X V-10
Mods: 6" Revtek lift
35" M/T Baja Claw Radials
16" x 10" Eagle Alloy Rims
Superlifts Truspeed Calibrator
Pioneer DVD surround sound system.
SilverStar 9007
Clear front corners. |

That '05 looks sweet! I would hate to try to keep it clean and shiny, though. Been there, done that. |

Thing thing I dislike about my X is the grill. That painted 05 grill looks better than the chrome one but I don't like either. With the 05 I'm liking old style more now.
Scott, I like your billet grill, what brand is that. Cutting or such involved?

Thanks alot. Stull three peice grill. NO cutting, just remove the inserts very carefully and install the replacement.
I am thinking of sanding my chrome off my oe grill shell and getting it painted to match the truck. Plus i want to get the front and rear bumpers LineX the tan color to match my limited molding on the lower half of the truck. A never ending project, now if the wife will let me spend some money

I think most of them have that problem. Think Ford will issue a recall? |
