Hello, I know that I read somewhere in here that somebody tightened thier track bar on an Ex. Just curious if that fixed the "sloppiness". I know that I need new sway bar endlink bushings, they are shot, and Im getting shocks and steering stabilizer here with in the next couple of weeks, just curious if all this will make my front end seem a little firmer. I go down the road and it sounds like a washer on the back of a nut is loose or something like that. Does anyone have any imputs on this?? Thanks in advance guys!!

The track bar will center the axle under the truck better for sure. Ford designed the track bar around a extra cab short bed diesel f-250. They put it in all the others though. They fit but do not center the axle, 5.4 being lighter are off more than any.To tighten the bolt get freinds and a long bar......365lbs ft. First replace the shocks!!! If not replacing the springs soon i would say cut half the front bump stops off for more suspension travel. Helwig sway bar in the rear and DONT forget the radius rods in the rear. I love mine and they help the truck in starting, stopping, tracking and all around fixer for our trucks.

Thanks alot for all the info!! Shocks and stabilizer are going to be picked up next week, so at that time Im going to try and tighten the track bar some...(thank God for air tools) and then Ive gotta get on the phone and chat with some shops and see if they have any take-offs from 350's. I noticed youve got the 350 springs all the way around....does it help, and how do the mini packs help out the front??

Thanks again birdman, I appriciate the help!!
