Well, 80K, and I had to change the Radiator in my 2000 Ex! Please bear with me its a long story...I got home from Tx on Friday, and walked out of the airport to the beast to find her dripping anti-freeze all over the ground!! So under the hood I go...Hoses are all dry, water pump is also dry!! So I limp her home, and by the time I got home it quit dripping. Well I let it cool off, and got to looking, and low and behold, it was leaking around the top of the radiator. (The plastic part where your upper hose connects!) I got to looking a little further into it, and found that it has been leaking for quite a while, as it cooled it seeped up to the top and was runnig down over the fan shroud. So Im scratching my head thinkig that it just isnt possible. I called several shops and they had never worked on an Ex or even a Super Duty pickup! Well, I called my friendly neighborhood Ford Dealer who has the "truck shop" in the back and explained the situation to him....well he said "we have on in stock, and your about the 4th person to have this happen". Well, He quoted me a price of around $700 to replace it with no core or warranty so I told him thanks and called my local auto parts store, and low and behold, they got me a price of 248.88 with a lifetime warranty and could have it by the next day! So I proceeded to order it and change it! What a piece of cake, from the start time, to finish, 45 minutes....4 hoses, 2 lines, and 3 bolts....done!! It was quite easy!! The cause of the leak was the seal around the top of the radiator and the plastic piece warped and caused it to leak under pressure, Just wanted to let everyone know!!

Sorry it was so long winded!!
