Picked it up tonight. As an official owner know, I supose I need to complain about something, right?
:-)
So what's with the shocks? I have virtually no roll or side-to-side play. but when I do down a rough road it 'rocks' from front to back quite badly. I noticed in an earlier thread that someons said shocks might be the first uprgrade I need to do - is this the reason why?
Thanks in advance for any help - I'm off the search the archives for info now.

Sorry - that should have read "as an owner NOW". Brain and hands don't always work as intended.

The shocks are just bad all around. I have Rancho RS9000's on my X. Plenty of options are out there like Bilstein, Edelbrock, Rancho. I chose the Rancho's because they are adjustable.

Engine is the 6.0L Diesel, of course.
No glamour pics yet - the truck is getting a Remote Starter and XM radio today.

Hey Wayne,
Your now driving one of the best trucks build. I was speaking with a buddy the other day, he's a cop and he was telling me that the new X is some what feared be the police dept. With the new 6.0L HP and off road abilities it makes the X hard the catch.
Enjoy.......post from pics and make yourself at home.
Cheers....
