Hi
Last week wife went to use horn and when she did the horn stayed on, until it blew fuse, Checked it out today: bad fuse, bad relay, bad horns and Horn switch in air bag was tested as shorted. I disconected the horn swapped out the fuse and relay, and removed air bag module, once removed I removed cover took out switch ( plastic film with printed circuit pressure switch), switch not available from Ford air bag assy only . So I reassmbled bag and reinstalled it, now cruise control works and when I depress horn switch , relay clicks in and out, Ford dealer says Air Bag warranty 5years 50K, truck has 49,685 miles, But I think they are going to say nothing wrong here's your bill , Any suggestions?

Jay,

No suggestions but I got a good laugh out of your post. If your wife is anything like mine, she was probably pissed at another driver and decided to lay into them...the thought of the horn staying on for an extended period is hilarious!! My wife is a big-time road rager so I would pay money to have this happen to her sometime!!!
