I know but I still have my 6CD stock changer and believe me--it plays all my son's #@$%&$%$&% mp3 cds. I'll have to do a bit more research. |

I know the Excursion/Superduty stock stereos are spec'd not to playback MP3's but if converted from MP3 to Audio format it has worked in a rare few but I know my CD6 will not play either and I've tried many MP3/Audio burning programs.
Ask your son what he uses for MP3 burning/converting as the majority may want to know what really does work

My 2000's 6 disk plays them, they are converted MP-3s to regular audio tracks. I use Nero Express to burn all my stuff!!

Going to audio yeap! Since we went XM in January 2004 we don't even go near MP3's anymore

I love Nero....Its super easy to burn stuff with!!
Mustang-how did you hook your XM up with the factoy system and the rear controls ect....
