It is time to replace my brake fluid on my 2001 X. I did a search on the forum and didn't find anyone posting about this. I was wondering if anyone had any info or experiences they would like to share if and when you replaced your brake fluid with one of these products .

I'm thinking about going with either the ATE Super Blue or a synthetic brake fluid. Haven't decided which synthetic and am leaning more towards the ATE Super Blue based on
http://www.swedishbricks.net/700900FAQ/Brake%20Fluid%20Comparison.htm, which stated:

..."conclusion: ATE Type 200 and Super Blue are not only the cheapest of the performance brake fluids, they are also the cheapest per degree of boil protection, and have a very high 6-month BP estimate...."

Has anyone used ATE Super Blue in their X?

I havent used it, but Im sure that you cant go wrong with synthetic. Worst case, you end up going back to DOT 3 and call it a day!!
