Amen! There will always be people posting dealer names when those folks felt they received poor service. In all fairness, and to steer people to reputable dealers, we ought to promote those dealers who we feel have treated us well.

I told them on the spot that service like that will get me to return
First thing he replied was "well we cannot do everything for free"
No kidding I told him and was not expecting that. What I clarified for him was his statement that he agreed there was no reason to charge me for something so simple
