Ray,
I got the stainles steel system. A big surprise to me was the LIFETIME guarantee I found in the box. I don't know if Magnaflow has aluminum. My EX is a 2002 with the 7.3 so I don't have a cat converter. Sure seems to run "quicker" than before. 
BTW, that big 5" tip with the bias cut [rolled edge] sure looks good.
