Getting ready for winter here

One of the things I noticed when I started looking at the X is that Ford seems to not believe in the use of any shields to stop debris flying off the wheels from getting flung behind the quarter pannel, front bumper, etc. Is there any kind of shields or liners available for this?

The other thing they cut back on was the engine blanket. I ordered my X with the cold weather package, which consisted of the block heater only I would like to get an enginge blanket to hold some of the heat in. This is the insulation that attaches to the underside of the hood if Im calling it by the wrong name.
Where can I get one?

Hey Tantrum,

Check out www.Powerstrokeshop.com. They have the insulating blanket listed for year models up to 2004. If you can't find the info you want on the net/site, give them a call

You can get right from your Part Dept. or other Ford online parts source. I was quoted $223 for all of those parts for my local STEALERSHIP. Freakin' crooks!!!!! Eddie's link shows it to be about $100 LESS! $134.70 w/o shipping.

CHPmustang got the right numbers.

BTW, you'll need 8 of those Plastic screws. (Looks the software made it into a smilie.)
