Would it be possible to have a forum dedicated to simple "how-to's"? I've done a few things to my girl that I would like to share with others. The problem is that it ends up at the "bottom of the pile" in no time due to other posts being made.
So, what do you guys think?

Hey Mike,
I would rather put any articles on the main site with other installs/how-to's. Currently, there's only 1, and that was my ART rotor brake install:

Like you said, articles in the forums get buried. With articles on a page like above it makes it a little easier to find for humans and for search engines. If search engines can index the content easier, then that means increased traffic/exposure for the site because people are finding our install articles in google, yahoo, etc. Know what I mean?
Just send me a write-up with pictures and I will gladly put it on the site. That goes for the rest of you, too!

Cool. That'll work for installs and such but what about small stuff like how to take a door panel off? I've just done some stupid things while taking various parts off of her and wanted to share my experiences so that others won't break their own. Would this kind of info still qualify for the same area?
Thanks!

BTW, I'm going to be doing a ART rotor install of my own soon so I think I'll use your guidelines and see how it goes. Also, I'll be doing a 6" Pro Comp lift so I'll try to get pics of that install as well. |

Mike,
No problem...if it's a large or small install, anything can be posted to that page.
