I'm not sure what the problem would be. In order to troubleshoot, I need to know the patterns you made after saving your signature...i.e. did you continue to manage your account, did you manage your vehicle, etc.
My signature has stayed so I know it's working. Perhaps there's a bug somewhere in the account management and by determing what you did after saving your signature we can weed out the problem.
